Message from Dean’s-SHS Desk:
The school is one of the four schools that got approval to offer academic programmes to undergraduate students when the college became operational. The school believes in training health professionals in a setting similar to what they will encounter in real life by fostering a strong team spirit among the health workers in the delivery services to the people. The graduates of the four programmes offered at the school are expected to be absorbed into the health sector to help the country provide Universal Health Care for all. The various curricula in the school are integrated to permit students to utilize the knowledge learnt in basic sciences to tackle the many problems patients present when encountered in later stages of their training and practice.

1. Bachelor of Science (Medical Laboratory Science)
2. Bachelor of Science (Environmental Health)
3. Bachelor of Science (Medical Psychology)
4. Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy)
(i) Common University regulations on admission will apply
(ii) The candidate must obtain at least the minimum cut-off point for the year as determined from one of the following subject clusters drawn from the KCSE at “B” level for each of the following subjects:-Mathematics/Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English/Kiswahili, and any other subject.
(iii) Holders of Diploma and other Degrees: Candidates with a diploma or other qualification with at least a credit pass in psychology or counseling related fields from institutions recognized by Moi University Senate MUST in addition, meet the minimum university entry requirement.
(iv) Candidates applying for Physical Therapy and possess a credit pass in ordinary Diploma must be registered and with a certificate of practice from Kenya Society of Physical Therapy.
(v) Those with other qualifications: Must have their results equated by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC)
